Golden Hulk excelled as a football player when he was a teen, a star running back on his way to the NFL. As a result of choices that took him down the wrong path, he was expelled from school, ending his NFL dreams.
At 29, he knew something was missing. He was overweight, working construction, and hustling to make ends meet. That's when he found boxing, and he knew he found his calling! This sport didn't just get him back in shape; it gave him purpose and lit a fire inside him. This was the second chance he didn't know he needed. Today, he's chasing greatness inside the ring while also giving back to his community.
Golden Hulk's journey has been far from easy, but every setback built the fighter he is today. He's not just fighting for himself -- he's fighting for everyone who has ever been knocked down and needed a way to rise back up.

Whether you workout on your own, in a class, or with a coach, you will want to have hand wraps, boxing gloves (16 oz gloves for sparring), boxing shoes, a towel, and lots of water. The gym has jump ropes, although many members bring their own.
We have a weight room with a variety of equipment. We also have a sauna, heavy bags, a full size ring, large open space inside and outside, and a cold plunge tub.
We are located on a corner lot away from main roads with plenty of street parking available.
We provide access to the gym from 8:30am-8:30pm Mon-Fri and 9:00am-1:00pm on Sat. Classes and training are held Mon-Fri from 10a-12:30p and 6p-8:30p.
Yes we do! We have open sparring weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the first Friday of each month from 6:00pm - 8:30pm. Bring your sparring gear, gloves, wraps, and water and plan to work on your skills in the ring. Coaches are available to corner you, or bring your own coach!
